Step 1:
Analyze in great detail how much time you spend trying to help people around you. Determine their importance in the great order (or should I say 'chaos') of things.
Step 2: Evaluate the problematic areas of your own life. Assess how much you can do about these problems. Stop to think if you can take out those rough patches on your own or if you need help.
Step 3: Realize that you don't need help solving your problems. Take on one at a time. Disregard other people's feelings. You can fix those later, once you are happy.
Step 4: Once all problems are handled, check for pulse and happiness status.
Step 5: If you are happy, come back to real life, re-connect with people who matter, take it one day at a time, always prioritize yourself and your feelings.
VoilĂ !
